Our Conference Center participated in all 4 Meetings Focus Live events last year and each one has been an incredible experience. I was able to give a presentation in front of several senior planners for one of the MAJOR hi-tech companies in Silicon Valley all because of the connection I made with one of their planners. I absolutely love the “one-on-one” forum the event has because it really gave me the opportunity to talk with the client. Not only was I able to find out what their meeting needs are but I really got to connect with them more on a personal level.

In addition to the client one-on-one meetings, I love the CSR activity/project that is always incorporated in the event. One in particular that just tugged at everyone’s hearts was the activity we did in Palm Springs where we put together care packages for families living in a nearby naval base. The packages consisted of donated “necessities” that we may otherwise take for granted. The great part is we got to write notes to the family.

I am definitely looking forward in participating in more Meetings Focus Live events.
